From rare to well done, which would be the best way to cook a piece of dogmeat?

    I’ve never had dog, but, I imagine the meat would be tough and gamey, since they are primarily meat-eating animals. So I’d brine it overnight first, at least. Then wrap it in bacon and slow-roast it for tenderness.
    This is a completely speculative answer, as I’m not familiar with the qualities of dog meat.

    We were in China once, at a street market, and we saw a bunch of puppies in a cage. At first we thought, “Awww puppies for sale.” Then we saw the pot of boiling water right next to the cage.
    So, boiled?
