Weight loss pills?

I am over weight and want to loss weight, I was wondering how other people loss weight maybe with weigth loss pills or how?

    There are many ways to lose weight. Try to walk at least 20 to 25 minutes in a day. Gym and yoga exercises are also plays and important role in weight loss. Perfect diet is also important to reduce weight. Take proper advice from your physician.
